Posh Dental Spa ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and health information. This policy explains what this website does and does not collect, and how the practice handles the information you give us.

1. This website collects nothing

This site is a set of static pages. It has no contact forms, no newsletter signup, and no patient accounts. It does not set cookies, does not run analytics, and does not carry advertising or tracking pixels of any kind. You can read every page here without giving us any information at all.

Two pages load content from outside services, and only those pages:

• Contact displays a Google Map and a Google Reviews widget.
• Blog articles may embed images hosted with the site.

Those providers may log a request the way any web server does. We do not receive, store, or have access to that data.

2. Booking an appointment

Our online booking runs on the Archy patient portal, a separate service we use to manage the practice. When you click "Book Your Visit" or "Schedule Online," you leave this website and go to Archy, where any information you enter is governed by Archy's own privacy policy and by our agreements with them.

You can always skip that entirely and call the office at 480-857-4900.

3. Information you give the practice

When you become a patient — by phone, at the front desk, or through the booking portal — we collect what we need to care for you and to run the practice. That typically includes your name, contact details, date of birth, insurance or membership details, medical and dental history, and records of your treatment.

4. Protected health information and HIPAA

As a healthcare provider, Posh Dental Spa is subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your dental and medical records are Protected Health Information (PHI) and are handled under HIPAA and Arizona law.

We never sell your health information, and we never share it for marketing purposes. PHI is used or disclosed only:

• to provide, coordinate, or refer your care — for example, when we refer you to an endodontist or an implant specialist;
• to bill and be paid for treatment;
• to run the practice;
• with business associates who are bound by HIPAA agreements;
• when you give us written authorization; and
• when the law requires it.

5. Your rights

You have the right to see and get a copy of your dental records, to ask us to correct anything inaccurate, to ask for an accounting of certain disclosures, to request confidential communication in a particular way, and to ask us to restrict certain uses of your information.

To exercise any of these, contact the office — we will walk you through what we need in writing.

6. The Posh Plan membership

The Posh Plan is a discount membership offered directly by the practice. It is not dental insurance. Membership records are kept with your patient file and are treated the same way as the rest of your information.

7. Children

Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it. We do of course treat children as patients; a parent or legal guardian provides and controls that information.

8. Security

We use appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect patient records, and we limit access to team members who need it to do their work.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date. If the website ever begins collecting information directly — a form, analytics, or anything similar — this policy will be updated before that happens.
