- 2 Current promotional rate rather than a UCR fee. Aligner cases start here; the final fee depends on what your case needs.

Prices shown without a membership are usual, customary and reasonable (UCR) fees based on the NDAS report for ZIP code 85224, 2026, at the 75th percentile on average. Member prices require an active membership. The Posh Plan is a membership, not dental insurance.
This is not the whole fee schedule — full member pricing is available at the front desk, and we will quote anything on it over the phone. A few services (root canals, implants and oral surgery) are referred to trusted specialists.

Treatment credit is toward any treatment of your choice and expires 12 months after issue. Insured referrals earn the credit after completing their first visit. Spouses and children in the same household are family add-ons, not referrals, and do not earn the referral credit.
